What this site is

These pages explain how we think about a project office in the middle of a job. They are an invitation to talk. They are not an appointment to check a building, certify a bill, collect a fee, or join software until we agree in writing (or in a product you actually log into).

Using the pages

Use the site lawfully. Do not try to break it, scrape it in a way that harms the host, or pretend to be us. Do not post unlawful content through the forms.

Forms

Walk a job and Talk to us email hello@nirmancircle.in from this website. You are responsible for what you send. We may decline a walk without giving a reason. Sending a form does not create a professional duty of care until we accept the job in writing.

Intellectual property

The NirmanCircle name, wordmark, ring diagram, copy, and illustrative screens on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may not copy them as your own product, pitch, or app. Sharing a public URL is fine.

No professional advice on the page

Nothing here is engineering, quantity surveying, legal, tax, or investment advice. You still design, build, file, and pay under your own consultants and the law.

Limitation

This website is provided as it stands. We are not liable for a decision you take only from reading it, for mail that does not arrive, or for a host being briefly down. This does not limit liability that Indian law does not allow us to exclude (including fraud).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bengaluru have exclusive jurisdiction, except where the law gives you a mandatory forum.

If we change this

We will update the date. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms for this site. A signed appointment for a job sits above this page if the two differ.
