The Circle fills around a live building — not around an ad.

A closed job pulls in the next company. A firm adds its own people under its door. Owners pay for the checker as work is certified. Everyone else joins because the job asked them to sit.

The first job is proof: photos with a place, progress from checked work, a stamp before site builds, pay only on a certified bill. You invite the architect and contractor you already hired. They do not buy a seat.

Grow: a second house is not a new WhatsApp group. A builder with many towers is still an Owner — one checker, a queue per site, the same number for cost and time. Staff on your desk can watch without typing sizes.

Design

Intent that actually reaches site.

Studios join free. You upload versions. The owner says yes. We stamp. Site sees that set — not last month’s PDF. Questions pin on the sheet. Structure and MEP sit on the same door with their own kit: calcs, inspections, clashes found before concrete.

Grow: a stamped pack is proof you issued the work. Invite the next consultant on this job. Add draftsmen under your company. Repeat clients because the design survived the site, not because you chased files.

Site

Type once. Get checked. Take the next job.

Contractors and trades join free. Diary and sizes from the phone. A running bill only from lines we have checked. Extra work shows when it happens. You invite the plumber and electrician onto this building instead of a side chat.

Grow: less argument on the bill is how cash moves. Add site engineers with limited rights. The next tender from the same owner already knows how you type. Trades you trust stay on the Circle for the next house.

Supply

Truck, then tick, then invoice.

Dealers join free. Never a fee to appear. An ask is allowed, you quote, the order is clear, papers travel with the load, site ticks received, then you bill. No skip from a phone call to an invoice.

Grow: the same Circle reorders. Attach mill tests and challans once per load. Invite the next SKU or yard that already serves this site. Accounts and gate see the same attachments — that is how a dealer gets a clean line to collect.
