Reading these pages is free. Walk a job and Talk to us are requests, not paid checkouts. There is nothing to refund for sending a form.

If we never take the job

If we decline a walk or do not reply with an appointment, you owe us nothing for having written.

If we agree to work

Fees, retainers, and what happens if a job is paused or ended will sit in the written appointment (or invoice terms) for that building. That paper wins over this page. Typical ideas, unless that paper says otherwise:

• Work already checked or certified is payable for the period it covers.
• A retainer unused at a clean close may be set off or returned as the appointment says.
• Third-party costs we have already committed (tests, travel booked at your written ask) are not usually returned.

How to cancel

Write to hello@nirmancircle.in and, if you have an appointment, use the notice period in it. Postal address: the registered office on Grievance.

Chargebacks

If a payment was taken under an appointment, speak to us first. A bank dispute does not by itself cancel the work already done.
